The Training Team who work with Food Tech To Go are all BRC ATP who are highly qualified and experienced with access to the latest BRC information. HACCP and Food Safety Training

Food Tech To Go HACCPHACCP and Food Safety Training is delivered with Highfield International to Level 2, 3 or 4 depending on your requirements. The courses are designed to make learning interesting and interactive and to enable learners to achieve the required level of competency.

The Highfield courses are always well received with positive learner feedback and great results. The courses are interactive and engaging. On successful completion of the exam, learners receive a recognised and valuable Level 2, 3 or 4 certificate.

Food Tech To Go Training

Have you considered BRC Professional which is the BRC academic recognition scheme? This is a scheme run by BRC to recognise expertise and professional competency. There is an annual subscription fee of £80 payable to BRC and those wishing to register will receive a BRC Global Standards Professional Certificate on completion of the following programme of training:

  • 2-day classroom based BRC Understanding the Requirements course or 1 day Implementing the Standard course
    AND
  • 2-day Level 3 HACCP course
    THEN
  • Choose 3 of the 4 classroom based courses shown below
    • 2-day Internal Auditor
    • 1-day Root Cause Analysis
    • 1-day Risk Assessment
    • 1-day Validation and Verification
